Josh co-founded Guroo Producer to finally give organisations transparent, affordable, engaging and genuinely transformative learning experiences. With over 17 years’ experience in learning technology and design in both corporate and higher education, Josh is passionate about aligning learning to business outcomes, learning by doing and user experience design for learning.
Whether Daniel is designing the latest PRODUCER feature or developing it, he utilises his 15 years of learning technology experience to ensure the end-user experience is engaging, intuitive, and accessible.
Adam co-founded Guroo Producer with the intent to bring the latest cloud technologies to an EdTech startup. Adam has over 16 years of experience developing learning technology, leading technical development teams and managing cloud infrastructure and security.
Donna is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that drive behavioural change. With a background in learning design and facilitation, Donna works with a wide range of clients to understand their problems and design solutions to help their people reach their goals.
Before joining Guroo Producer as a learning designer in 2018, Samantha was honing her passion for learning and research studying a Bachelor of International and Global Studies with a major in History. As a learning designer, she combines her love of learning, researching, writing and sharing knowledge to create engaging, learner-centred solutions for a wide variety of clients.
Coming from a background in education, writing, and hospitality management, Gemma uses her vast experience to inform her work as a Learning Solutions Consultant. Gemma enjoys creating adaptive and valuable learning experiences for a range of audiences that helps put training into practice.
Kathleen combines her experience in the learning, communication, and systems implementation industries to support Guroo Producer's clients. With a background in data management and analysis, she focuses her time on using data to add value to learning design.
Ryan has over 10 years’ experience in managing projects across a range of industries. While keenly focused on project essentials like time, quality and budget, Ryan is also passionate about creating a collaborative team to optimise project delivery and client success.
After several years working in a legal environment, Lois made the jump to learning, taking on commercial, operations and administration responsibilities. The diversity of Lois' role encompasses all aspects of office operations, client and supplier contract review and negotiation, and budget control.
With over a decade of marketing experience, John has worked with clients in a wide range of sectors, from heavy industry and construction to med tech, aerospace and events. Recently, John’s focus has been on the education sector, and on helping companies bring the transformative effect of learning to a wider audience.
Colette has a varied background in the education, arts and service sectors. She uses her knowledge of teaching practice and visual design to create intellectually engaging and aesthetically pleasing learning experiences. Colette enjoys breaking down content into easily digestible 'bite-sized chunks' and embedding them within a user-friendly design.
With over 8 years experience in the paw-industry, Digby has created a loving and caring environment for his colleagues and clients. His passion for long cuddles and naps create the ultimate support during meetings and long work hours. Either greeting you on arrival, checking up on you during the day, joining you for a quick walk or sharing your lunch with you, Digby ensures each employee has a paw-fect day at the office.
Henry’s history spans a variety of organisations and industries, from VP, Global Financial Transformation – IT, and VP/CIO Australia/NZ/Pacific at McDonald’s to senior roles at AGL, Norske Skog, Fletcher Challenge Paper and Honeywell. He has held non-executive director roles on the National Board of Ronald McDonald Charities, Craveable Brands, Slikr, AirService and Advisory roles with numerous other companies. With a particular focus on driving strategy and business development, Henry’s wealth of advisory experience and own commitment to learning make him a welcome addition to Guroo Producer’s Advisory Board.
Catriona is an experienced executive with previous roles including Managing Director Retail Distribution for ANZ, Chief Restaurant Officer, Asia, Pacific, Middle East and Africa for McDonald’s Corporation and CEO and Managing Director of McDonald’s Australia. Catriona brings a wealth of experience in Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Leadership and Innovation. Her passion for learning and cultural change that drives business success will help Guroo Producer continue to challenge the status quo.
Nick is a senior executive with 30 years’ experience across private and publicly listed software technology ventures, early-stage tech investments, and as a board member to software subscription scaleups globally. He has been successful in reshaping and transforming software technology companies to solve specific customer needs in high growth SaaS ventures globally. With a focus on developing a customer-centric culture and identifying market opportunities, his entrepreneurial nature and background in learning is an ideal match for Guroo Producer.
